Delivery & Shipping

All of our orders are delivered within 3-5 days from the dispatch date.

All orders are subject to a processing time and dispatched within 3 days. (excluding weekends and public holidays)

However, on rare occasions deliveries may take longer, especially during public holidays, festive periods, unforeseen weather conditions or courier delays.  If you are not at home during delivery our courier will leave you an ‘attempted delivery’ card. They may try to deliver to your immediate neighbours. If they are unable to deliver to your neighbours they will attempt a second delivery the next working day. If unsuccessful the courier will return your parcel to your local depot where you can rearrange delivery or collection within 12 days.
